bmw f25 sparesBMW F25 is the second iteration of BMW X3. The car was launched in 2010 at the Paris Motor Show as part of the 2011 model year. The car’s X3 xDrive28i model was also part of the new models at the 2012 Auto China show.

BMW produced the F25 at the Spartanburg Plant in Greer, South Carolina, beginning from September 1, 2010. The previous model was manufactured in Austria. In terms of size, the F25 is nearly as big as the initial E53 series X5.

During the two launches, all the F25s introduced had the xDrive designation, a reference to their all-wheel drive capabilities. However, later on in 2012, a rear-wheel model, tagged as sDrive, was introduced into the lineup.

The two millionth BMW X3 to come out of the Greer factory has been held at the plant to mark the milestone. Before then, however, the Vermilloin Red Metallic xDrive35i, which features an M Sport Package, and and Oyster Nevada interior, was driven by Terry Gardner, a veteran with the company for 16 years.

With him were Renita Williams, Trung Phan, and Olga Yurchenko. The trio represented the Body, Paint, and Assembly technologies at the firm.
